common-0 "Temperament Manifestation" Common

Activates the currently forecast weather, but it's

unknown what happens if used when there's no forecast. It also serves to cancel the currently

active weather.

common-1 "Bomb" Common

Pushes everything back with a shock wave.

You're invincible afterwards, so it's good against ground and air at close range. It does no damage,

but it's a fundamental evasion technique.

common-2 "Guard Reversal" Common

Only usable while guarding. It interrupts your

block to counterattack. It's fast and makes you temporarily invincible, so it's very useful for

countering.

common-3 "Spell Amplifier" Common

Fills your card gauge by two cards, or one card if

you count having to use this one. However, if you take damage while the gauge is still filling, it

will stop.

common-4 "Life Regenerator" Common

Regenerates your strength just by using it. You're

free to move about while using it, but the regeneration stops if you take damage, so be

careful.

common-5 "Spirit Regenerator" Common

Refills all available spirit spheres and recovers

a broken spirit sphere the instant this card is

activated.

Slides into an Ascension Kick.

Hard to use as a counter, but it hits low and reaches fairly far, so it's good as a linker

or mixup.

reimu-108 Spread Amulet Reimu Hakurei

A projectile that trades the Hakurei Amulets'

homing for a heavier barrage. Since it throws a lot of amulets at once, it doesn't seem

too fuel-efficient.

reimu-109 Permanent Border Reimu Hakurei

Places a barrier trap at her feet.

Renders an enemy that steps on it defenseless. You can't place more than one at once; the old

one will just disappear, so be careful.

reimu-110 Instant Dimensional Rift Reimu Hakurei

Creates a body double from amulets to evade

attacks. If the double takes hits, it releases

a barrage of amulets. Best used at close range.

Fires homing spirit orbs.

Since there's enough to easily hit a moving

target, it's easy to use in a firefight.

reimu-201 Divine Spirit "Fantasy Seal" Reimu Hakurei

One of the ultimate Fantasy attacks.

Overwhelms the enemy with a huge flood of homing shots. Has almost no blind spots, but a drawback is that it does modest damage

in spite of high card consumption.

reimu-206 Divine Arts "Omnidirectional Oni-Binding Circle" Reimu Hakurei

Creates an expansive barrier centered

around Reimu. Renders her invincible, and

can be used as a counter.

reimu-208 Jewel Sign "Orbs of Light, Cast into Shade" Reimu Hakurei

Fires Yin-Yang orbs that bounce off the ground.

They last a long time and follow a unique trajectory, making it effective as an opening

move.

reimu-209 Treasure Sign "Yin-Yang Treasured Orb" Reimu Hakurei

Creates a circular field from the palm of

her hand. A close-range attack that hits

like a palm strike.

reimu-210 Holy Relic "Yin-Yang Kishin Orb" Reimu Hakurei

A Yin-Yang orb made of immense spiritual

Uses the broom as a gun barrel to convert

Witch Leyline's thrust into a bullet. Although it takes a while to fire, the bullet's speed and

power are spectacular.

marisa-105 Bosky Sweeper Marisa Kirisame

A version of Miasma Sweep where the magic is

used to enhance mobility. The broom itself no longer does any damage, but the thruster does

damage in exchange.

marisa-106 Devildom Torch Marisa Kirisame

A magic potion that uses improved compounds

to scatter flames from the point of impact. It's quite charming how the increased weight

decreases its flight distance.

marisa-107 Narrow Spark Marisa Kirisame

Fires a laser straight ahead. It's slow to

fire, but good at piercing through projectiles, so it's quite powerful if you can get one in

edgewise during a firefight.

marisa-108 Up Sweep Marisa Kirisame

Uses the broom's thrust to make a spinning

ascent. An acrobatic technique where the thruster also does damage. No invincible frames, but its strong hitbox makes it fairly

good for counters.

marisa-109 Stellar Missile Marisa Kirisame

Aims straight up and fires a magic missile.

The bullet travels a fixed distance and explodes; until then, it has no hit box, but the explosion is wide and lasts long, so it's useful for air

domination or as an anti-air shield.

marisa-111 Green Spread Marisa Kirisame

Fires wide-range spread lasers which converge

to create a ball of magic energy. The spread lasers have no hitbox, but on the other hand, that means you don't have to worry about the

lasers being cancelled before the blast happens.

Her signature freakin' huge magical laser.

Be aware that you're open to attack from directions other than straight ahead while

shooting.

marisa-202 Magicannon "Final Spark" Marisa Kirisame

Lavishly fires a high-output laser. On top of

giving enemies in front hardly anywhere to dodge, a direct hit does very high damage

relative to its card cost.

marisa-203 Star Sign "Dragon Meteor" Marisa Kirisame

Fires a high-output laser from the sky.

Power is high, and you can control the firing angle. Since Marisa leaps into the air when firing, a skilled player can use it for

evasion as well.

marisa-205 Magic Sign "Stardust Reverie" Marisa Kirisame

A powered-up version of Witch Leyline. Dash speed and damage are significantly increased.

marisa-206 Star Sign "Escape Velocity" Marisa Kirisame

A hugely improved version of Miasma Sweep.

Effective as a close-range counter or for

hitting enemies in midair.

marisa-207 Comet "Blazing Star" Marisa Kirisame

Leaves the screen, then comes charging back in

at high speed. A powerful, unstoppable attack that covers almost the entire screen. Downside

is that it's slow to start.

marisa-208 Star Sign "Meteonic Shower" Marisa Kirisame

Fire a large number of scattering shots forward.

Card consumption is low, so you can use it

easily.

marisa-211 Light Sign "Luminous Strike" Marisa Kirisame

Fires a magic bullet using her broom as a gun

barrel. It's a fairly large and fast bullet, so it has a different sort of flavor compared

to lasers.

marisa-215 Astrologic Sign "Orreries Sun" Marisa Kirisame

Equips orbiting bits controlled via magic.

While equipped, the bits fire projectiles in Marisa's stead, and the projectiles are

greatly strengthened.

marisa-219 Perverse Love "Easily-Fruitful Master Spark" Marisa Kirisame

Amplifies Master Spark's power output by using

a narrow laser as a conductor. Makes it possible to unleash a super-high-firepower forward

attack.

and ceiling. Not particularly powerful, but

good for walling off opponents.

sakuya-102 Magic Star Sword Sakuya Izayoi

Knives that have been accelerated in order

to emphasize attack power. Since they fly straight forward at high speed, they're useful

in face-to-face firefights.

sakuya-103 Vanishing Everything Sakuya Izayoi

Sakuya moves while time is stopped. Since you

can't see her while she's moving, it essentially serves as a type of teleportation move. She leaves cards behind at her original position, apparently because she treats it as a magic

trick.

sakuya-104 Propelling Silver Sakuya Izayoi

An atypical knife-throwing technique where the

knives orbit around her. In addition to its obvious use as a shield, it also serves as a powerful attack if the enemy is in the orbit's

path.

sakuya-105 Square Ricochet Sakuya Izayoi

A ricocheting knife that puts quality before

quantity. Speed, bounce count, and hit count increase with level. Best used deliberately as a combo linker, rather than just tossing it

out haphazardly.

sakuya-106 Sight of Distant Blade Sakuya Izayoi

Throws knives and then manipulates time to

stop them in midair. The knives will resume motion after time passes, or after placing

another set.

sakuya-107 Perfect Maid Sakuya Izayoi

Stops time right before an enemy hit lands,

then circles around to their back while surrounding them with knives. Since she's concentrating on countering physical attacks,

projectiles will just hit her upside the head.

sakuya-200 Illusion Sign "Killer Doll" Sakuya Izayoi

Knives scatter outwards, then rush in the direction of the enemy.

sakuya-201 Time Sign "Private Square" Sakuya Izayoi

Her biggest specialty, time manipulation. Delays

time around her to slow down the enemy, providing overwhelming offensive and defensive

superiority.

sakuya-202 Wound Sign "Inscribe Red Soul" Sakuya Izayoi

Hacks the enemy to pieces with a knife in each

hand. Starts quickly and only extends for a short range, but covers a wide area. It may look like a melee attack, but do note that it actually counts

as a projectile.

sakuya-203 Buriallusion "Phantomic Killer in Night Mist" Sakuya Izayoi

A stronger version of Killing Doll. A time-delayed

attack where knives leave the screen, then bear down upon the enemy at speeds nearly

impossible for the eye to follow.

sakuya-204 "Sakuya's World" Sakuya Izayoi

One of her strongest time manipulation spells.

An unfair spell that completely stops time around her so she can attack uninhibited. Its card cost and punishability are both

huge, though.

sakuya-205 Scarred Soul "Soul Sculpture" Sakuya Izayoi

A stronger version of Wound Sign. Power and range are greatly increased.

sakuya-206 Silver Sign "Silver Bound" Sakuya Izayoi

Launches bouncing knives in all directions at

once. Each individual knife is weak, but it

makes up for it in quantity and range.

sakuya-207 Conjuring "Eternal Meek" Sakuya Izayoi

Sends knives forwards rapid-fire. There's a

rumor that she's just flinging them around out

of desperation, but nobody knows for sure.

sakuya-208 Speed Sign "Luminous Ricochet" Sakuya Izayoi

A piercing knife that repeatedly ricochets

between the edges of the screen. Since its full attack power returns each time it ricochets, it can pin down the enemy for a

long time.

sakuya-209 Time Sign "Sakuya's Special Stopwatch" Sakuya Izayoi

A technique that throws out time suspension

fields. Enemies caught in the field can't move

until they leave it.

alice-102 Doll Arrangment Alice Margatroid

Places several dolls above in waiting, then

makes them attack in sequence after a short

delay.

alice-103 Doll Activation Alice Margatroid

Activates the idle dolls from Alice's C projectile

and makes them attack the surrounding area. If you set up a lot in advance, you can pull off

a powerful wide-range attack.

alice-104 Doll Return Alice Margatroid

A special projectile that throws a doll, then

pulls it back like a boomerang. Since it does damage even on its way out, it's one of Alice's

few moves that work well as a direct attack.

alice-105 Doll Cremation Alice Margatroid

Hurls magically-charged dolls overhead. The

projectiles now take longer to land, but this enables Alice to attack on her own at the

same time.

alice-106 Doll Thousand Spears Alice Margatroid

A close-range attack that gathers dolls with

weapons and has them jab forward repeatedly. Despite using dolls, it counts as a melee attack

and so cannot be grazed.

alice-107 Doll SP Alice Margatroid

B version places a doll around you in orbit. C

version expends a doll to attack. The maximum number of dolls in orbit is 3; when that happens,

the B version releases all 3 dolls at once.

alice-109 Ooedo Explosive Marionette Alice Margatroid

Throws a self-propelled doll grenade. The doll

slowly walks along the ground, and explodes when touched or attacked. There can only be

one on the screen at a time.

alice-111 Seeker Wire Alice Margatroid

Fires a reflecting beam that bends through

Alice's idle C dolls. The beam passes through all the dolls, then finally goes flying toward

the opponent.

Throws a magically-charged doll that explodes.

Since it's slow, it's hard to land a direct hit,

but the power is high for the cost.

alice-201 War Sign "Little Legion" Alice Margatroid

Assembles dolls into formation and has them

attack. The formation spreads out over time. It's not very powerful, but it's useful in

restricting the opponent's movements.

alice-202 Curse Sign "Shanghai Doll" Alice Margatroid

Shoots a high-output laser from a doll. The delay

is short and the range is infinite, so it's easy

to use it as a run-of-the-mill projectile.

alice-203 Magipulation "Return Inanimateness" Alice Margatroid

Throws a doll that causes a powerful explosion.

The explosion, power, and speed are all

increased.

alice-204 War Command "Dolls' War" Alice Margatroid

Creates a dense formation of dolls. If you can

trap the opponent in the center of the formation, they'll take heavy damage and be stuck for a

period of time.

alice-205 Malediction "Hourai Doll" Alice Margatroid

Shoots lasers from multiple dolls. Covers a wide area in front with high power.

alice-206 Spy Sign "Seeker Dolls" Alice Margatroid

Throws a great number of dolls into the air,

which create a net of lasers below them. Its power fluctuates depending on how the hits land, but it's a great way of smoking out

the enemy.

alice-207 Scarlet Sign "Holland Doll" Alice Margatroid

Releases a doll that fires a cross-shaped laser.

Alice can move again right after throwing it, so you can use the lasers as a shield to influence

the battle to your advantage.

alice-208 Doll "Futuristic Bunraku" Alice Margatroid

Switches to a mode where you precisely control

a single doll. The doll moves with the arrow keys, and responds quickly to attack and movement commands. You can end control with the

D button.

alice-209 Focus Power "Trip Wire" Alice Margatroid

The strings between Alice and her idle C dolls

all glow red, and obtain hitboxes. If you control their positions carefully, this can be an extremely useful attack that hits right where

you want it to.

A basic form of water-element magic. Summons

a water vein at the enemy's feet and attacks

with a high-pressure water spout.

patchouli-102 Spring Wind Patchouli Knowledge

A basic form of wood-element magic. Parries

enemy attacks with air pressure and pushes the

opponent back, opening some distance between you.

patchouli-103 Autumn Edge Patchouli Knowledge

A basic form of metal-element magic. Creates

sharp blades out of metallic elements, then sends them rushing toward the opponent. They're not very powerful, but it's made up

for in number and density.

patchouli-104 Doyou Spear Patchouli Knowledge

A basic form of earth-element magic. Crystal

spears erupt from the ground and rain down on

the opponent from the sky.

patchouli-105 Summer Flame Patchouli Knowledge

Uniquely specialized form of fire-element magic.

Projects flames in a wide arc, focusing not on power but on spread. It's not terribly powerful,

but dodging it requires lots of movement.

patchouli-106 Condensed Bubble Patchouli Knowledge

Defensively specialized form of water-element

magic. A bubble shield that stops enemy attacks. It bursts after taking a certain amount of damage, but that can deal damage back as a

sort of counter.

patchouli-107 Flash of Spring Patchouli Knowledge

Offensively specialized form of wood-element

magic. Creates a shot of high-pressure air and fires it at the opponent. Its extremely high speed makes it hard for those in the line of

fire to dodge via sightreading alone.

patchouli-108 Autumn Blade Patchouli Knowledge

Offensively specialized form of metal-element

magic. Creates one or more circular saw blades out of metallic elements and throws them at the enemy. When fired up and down, the saws' wide range makes them easy to hit with, and

they can bounce off the ground.

patchouli-109 Emerald City Patchouli Knowledge

Defensively specialized form of earth-element

magic. A wall of crystal is created from the earth and sends nearby opponents flying. Useful as a counterattack, as it has invincible frames

and a wide attack area.

patchouli-200 Fire Metal Sign "St. Elmo's Pillar" Patchouli Knowledge

Synthesis of fire and metal. Creates and throws

a high-density heat orb that becomes a pillar of flame upon striking the ground. Since it's aimed at the enemy's feet when thrown, it can easily

miss if they rush forward.

patchouli-201 Earth Water Sign "Noachian Deluge" Patchouli Knowledge

Synthesis of earth and water. Sprays

pressurized water forward. Low-cost, but also fast and dense, making it

effective in a firefight.

patchouli-202 Metal Wood Sign "Elemental Harvester" Patchouli Knowledge

Synthesis of metal and wood. Protects the user's

immediate vicinity with gear-shaped blades. A defensive spell that can intercept nearby

enemies.

patchouli-203 Sun Sign "Royal Flare" Patchouli Knowledge

Creates a small sun which burns everything

with its light. One of her greatest spells. Quite a portentous spell for a resident

of a vampire's mansion...

patchouli-204 Moon Sign "Silent Selene" Patchouli Knowledge

Fires arrows of condensed moonlight up from a

magic circle that unfurls at her feet, piercing through the enemy. The magic circle's radius

serves as an impregnable defense for Patchouli.

patchouli-205 Fire Water Wood Metal Earth Sign "Philosopher's Stone" Patchouli Knowledge

Magic amplifiers made from refined elements.

Upon using a special move, the corresponding element's gem will react and fire additional bullets. Used-up gems will regenerate after a

short delay as long as the card is in effect.

patchouli-206 Water Sign "Jellyfish Princess" Patchouli Knowledge

Creates a protective bubble shield. The bubble

stops enemy attacks. The user is invincible while the bubble exists, but because you can't graze,

it's hard to maintain it for long.

patchouli-207 Moon & Wood Sign "Satellite Himawari" Patchouli Knowledge

Fires light orbs that attack independently from

above. The orbs rise upwards in a spiral shape

while scattering cover fire downwards.

patchouli-210 Sun Wood Sign "Photosynthesis" Patchouli Knowledge

Creates a spot filled with condensed magic; your

rate of spirit recovery increases while inside, giving you an inexhaustible supply of firepower. Beware that the spot does not move from its initial position and disappears if another card

is used.

Sends her ghost-half flying at the enemy. If it hits, it will stay close to the enemy.

youmu-104 Lotus Posture Slash Youmu Konpaku

A standard technique that flings her sword's

aura forward. One of Youmu's valuable direct projectile moves, blessed with both strong

bullet-cancelling properties and good range.

youmu-105 Preaching Avici Youmu Konpaku

A rare throw move that breaks her stance to

grab the opponent. You have to be close to them, but it's impossible to guard against,

so it's easy to subdue your enemy.

youmu-106 Heart Excerpt Slash Youmu Konpaku

Quickly dashes a great distance while

slashing at the opponent. Since it aims

for the feet, it's a low attack.

youmu-107 Wicked Soul Youmu Konpaku

Her ghost half glows and strikes the

surrounding area. Since it attacks from wherever it's hovering at the time, you

have to put thought into making it hit.

youmu-109 Insightful Sword Youmu Konpaku

Parries a direct melee attack with

Hakurouken, then cuts down the opponent with a single strike from Roukanken.

One of Youmu's most powerful attacks.

youmu-111 Strange Half-Body Youmu Konpaku

Fires projectiles from her ghost half.

aya-107 Wind Sickle Veiling Aya Shameimaru

A unique move that surrounds Aya with wind

armor, which follows her around and attacks enemies just by touching them. Disappears

upon moving between the ground and the sky.

aya-109 Tengu Tree-Felling Aya Shameimaru

A rather odd move where Aya leaps diagonally

up and forwards, while flinging a cluster of wind behind her. At an appropriate distance, it's effective as a surprise attack to the

enemy's rear.

aya-110 Tengu's Drumbeats Aya Shameimaru

Hops up into the air and stomps on the enemy.

If it connects, Aya jumps behind them. The second jump's trajectory can be adjusted somewhat, and releasing the attack button

triggers a follow-up attack.

Creates a tornado reaching all the way to the

skies. Doesn't travel very far, but any enemy caught in it will be helplessly launched into

the sky.

aya-201 Tornado "Guidepost for the Advent of the Divine Grandson" Aya Shameimaru

Wraps Aya herself up in a huge tornado. Does

huge damage and renders her invincible, so

it's strong as a counter or anti-air attack.

aya-202 Headwind "Route Forbidden to Man" Aya Shameimaru

Fills the screen with wind for a while,

attacking the enemy with flying debris. Because the wind pushes the enemy, it's also good for

herding them into one corner of the screen.

aya-203 Thrust Sign "Tengu's Macroburst" Aya Shameimaru

A midair-only card that fires a scattering of

air pressure shots downward. The closer the enemy is to the point of firing, the more bullets will hit, increasing the damage

(or spirit damage) dealt.

aya-205 Wind Sign "Opening Wind of the Tengu Realm" Aya Shameimaru

A simple whirlwind projectile, shot from a sweep of her fan.

aya-206 "Taking Fantasy by Storm" Aya Shameimaru

A dramatic move that bodyslams the enemy to

knock them upwards, then juggles them in midair at maximum speed. Tapping left and right adjusts Aya's altitude, allowing you to keep a lock on the enemy and increase

the damage dealt.

aya-211 Demon Beast "Kamaitachi Veiling" Aya Shameimaru

A unique move that surrounds Aya with

wind armor, which follows her around and attacks enemies just by touching them. Disappears upon moving between the ground

and the sky.

A purely stronger version of Dashing

Storm. Uses wind to accelerate to top speed and charge into the enemy. Grazes just the same, and has increased

Fires vengeful spirits that drift across

the screen. Though slow, they fly in a unique trajectory and can gradually

corner the opponent.

komachi-104 Reaper's Scythe Komachi Onozuka

Sweeps Komachi's scythe forward in a crescent

arc. Has a unique attack range; both its close-up and long-distance trajectories take

some practice to score a hit.

komachi-105 Wind of Passing Away Komachi Onozuka

Spins her scythe around to slice a wide area

nearby. You can whip it out casually just on its own, but it really shines in combos or when used as a counter after reading the opponent's next

move.

komachi-106 Path of Avici Komachi Onozuka

Uses her distance-manipulating ability to

create a field that limits horizontal movement while inside. Crossing over the field or escaping from it once inside will be very

difficult for the opponent.

komachi-107 Lonely Bound Spirit Komachi Onozuka

Releases a harmless-looking spirit that tracks

the opponent. Does nothing on its own, but can

be detonated with Down+C.

komachi-108 Human Spirit Passing By Komachi Onozuka

Strikes the earth with her scythe, firing a

projectile that races across the ground from the screen edge. Its direction changes based on the button used. Good for surprise attacks and simultaneous follow-ups from Komachi

herself.

komachi-110 Last Farewell: Trial Edition Komachi Onozuka

It looks like a normal scythe swing, but draws

the opponent closer while she has the scythe raised. Holding the button will prolong the wind-up, making it harder to escape the

scythe's range.

A dramatic move that calls forth a little bit of

the Sanzu River's water, and rides her boat atop it to slam into the opponent. Basically a regular

charge attack.

A fearsome skill that cuts the opponent's life

bar in half. This naturally makes it very advantageous to use early in the match, but conversely, waiting too long will mean it's not

worth the cost. As such, it demands precise use.

komachi-202 Spirit Sign "Abundant Wandering Spirits" Komachi Onozuka

A projectile move that scatters ghosts over a

wide area. The attack range is wide, and the ghosts stay floating on the screen for a long

time.

komachi-203 Death Song "Ferry of the Deep Fog" Komachi Onozuka

A move that leads many ghosts to form a pack.

The ghosts, following Komachi's lead, will fly forth without restraint and become damaging danmaku. (From what we've heard, this is

actually an abuse of her authority.)

komachi-204 Exchange "Unvalued Life, Valued Life" Komachi Onozuka

An unprecedented move that switches Komachi

and the opponent's life bars. Can turn a crisis into a chance for victory, and even allows you to take damage strategically. It's far from easy to land the hit, and it

has a significant cost and casting delay.

komachi-205 Malice Sign "Regretful Bound Spirits" Komachi Onozuka

Summons evil spirits with strong homing

capabilities. The spirits cling to the enemy and follow them, but don't really do anything to attack. A card meant for use with Komachi's

Down+C explosion trigger.

komachi-206 Death Sign "Scythe of Final Judgement" Komachi Onozuka

Slams her scythe into the ground, and drops a

projectile from the sky right onto the opponent's head. The projectile tracks the enemy before falling, but conversely, it can easily whiff if

the opponent is moving around.

komachi-211 Hell "Narrow Confines of Avici" Komachi Onozuka

Simultaneously slashes the enemy and creates

a field that hampers horizontal movement. Komachi can completely control the initiative

of the match as long as the effect lasts.

enemy. The lightning is straight, but the smaller

bolts can be bent and guided towards the enemy.

Charges surrounding static electricity in her

robes and releases it straight forward. Limited range, but hard-to-dodge vertical bolts add to

its effectiveness.

iku-105 Veils like Wind Iku Nagae

Causes wind with a unique airflow. It's not very

powerful, but it blows affected bullets towards the enemy. An attack befitting a lady who can

read the atmosphere.

iku-106 Dragon God's Wrath Iku Nagae

Attacks with a thunderbolt that can be aimed at

the enemy's position or your own. You can control the thunderbolt's timing by holding

the button down.

iku-107 Dragon God's Lightning Flash Iku Nagae

Bends lightning released to the rear towards

the enemy. There are lots of bullets, and it's wide-range. If you're mindful of its limited attack power before it bends, this technique

can even shine as a feint or in exchanges.

iku-111 Dragon's Eye Iku Nagae

A projectile consisting of two glowing orbs with

lightning coursing between them. The orbs follow curved paths, so it has a rather complex attack

pattern.

by surrounding Iku in an electrical field that shocks any enemy who touches it. The

wisdom of living as a thundercloud.
