	This sea of petroleum was located deep within Former Hell.
	'Could it be the voice of this mysterious liquid, this cursed petroleum?' She thought as she heard an eerie growling coming from somewhere.
	Toutetsu "You don't know a whole lot about oil, do you?"
	Reimu "Oh my god, it stinks..., how are you alright with this?"
	Toutetsu "This is the smell that makes humans greedy and burns the world to the ground. Once you get used to it, it's the best."
	Reimu "Flood the surface with oil and burn the world to the ground... That's your goal, isn't it?! I won't let you do that!"
	Toutetsu "Huh? Flood the surface with oil? What the hell are you talking about? Who'd do such a wasteful thing?"
	Toutetsu "All the oil here belongs to me. I won't give a single drop of it to anyone else."
	Reimu "Eh?"
	Reimu "Whaaaa?!"
	Toutetsu "Hmph. Humans should go right back to the surface. The oil here belongs to us, the Gouyoku Alliance."
	Toutetsu "However, ...how is it that the people above ground know of this place? There should be no way for them to know what's going on this deep underground."
	Toutetsu "Could it be that the oil is leaking out? Kukuku... how wasteful, not a drop should leak out!"
	Reimu was expelled by the rising current of the black muddy water and hellfire to a geyser center on the surface world.
	Since her encounter with Toutetsu, the oil's leakage has decreased somewhat.
	Reimu had wondered if it was simply a warning, but she was greatly mistaken.
