Quechua

Hello, sorry that your Quechua translations always seemed to go unnoticed and that we haven't set up the patch for the language all this time. Two questions before we can do this:

  • Which flag should we use to represent Quechua? Preferably, it should be from the Nuvola project for consistency with the other icons, but this isn't absolutely necessary.
  • I suppose the patch should automatically include the Latin American Spanish translation as a fallback, right? Or would the the regular Spanish translation be a better choice as it is more complete, but perhaps not as idiomatic for a Quechua speaker?

Thanks in advance! --NamelessLegacy (talk) 20:23, 23 April 2017 (UTC)

Sorry for the significantly delayed reply, addressing both issues:
  • The best flag to represent Quechua would be the Wiphala or the Flag of Cusco, but as neither have a representation in the Nuvola project, either the the Flag of Peru or the Flag of Bolivia could suffice.
  • The patch should use the regular Spanish translation as a fall back instead of the Latin American Spanish translation, as it is more complete.
Thank you for your cooperation.--ChasetheRock (talk) 12:27, 5 May 2017 (UTC)
So I ended up turning the Wiphala into a Nuvola-style flag myself. And here's the portal. --NamelessLegacy (talk) 20:45, 13 May 2017 (UTC)
